		<description>Hi Michael
I wonder if you can please give me a contact email address at Acer so I can escalate my support issue?

I won&#039;t bore you with all the details but basically I had problems with my Aspire battery and I discovered it is from the dud series that were recalled. I completed an online support request at acer.com.tw on January 4th &amp; 12th. In the end, after emailing acer eu they responded to tell me the battery recall is closed. They did not respond to my follow-up email!

Knowing that Acer have supplied potentially dangerous equipment the organisation should be relieved to have the opportunity to redress the situation. Capping the replacement policy with an arbitrary cut-off date is unacceptable.

I guess that glanci@acer.com may be a valid email address? Could you confirm this please.

Thanks
