I don’t write many of these, but I’d just like to wish Morris a very Happy Birthday.
Morris is as many of you know the real Acer Guy. When I re-designed the site, I wanted to give more people more say in the content that gets published here and Morris has had more say than anyone
It’s fair to say that if Morris hadn’t been so generous, this site might have died a friendless death. Acer owes you their thanks Morris, although I wouldn’t hold your breath… Having said that, this is a great occasion to send you mine.
Happy Birthday again, from all of us.

OMG, I am sorry Michael, I been so stuffed up with homework lately, only been answering comments and didn’t see this, I am so … wordless…. but I thank you!
some of you may start to see my appearances are not as frequent as usual, articles are not being posted, here is something for you to look forward to!
Upcomming Article(As soon as I get everything ready) I will be ordering the Touchscreen kit! OF COURSE! I WILL be sharing my thoughts and experences with it.
However, I have done some research, some of you should know, these touchscreens you can purchase on ebay and such are resistive ones(slight pressure required to trigger the “touch”), instead of the ones are seen on ipod touch or the famous iphone~~
Well, don’t get your hopes down, these have some advantages, pressure based means you can use any type of pointy object such as the tip of a plastic ruler will work with it(other then needles or such tool will scratch the surface, HA!)
Anyways, I will be signing up for credit card tomorrow, then the touchscreen will arrive, probably in a week? I can’t be too sure.
And yeah, this is my birthday present to myself~~ hehe
Will keep you guys posted, thanks again Michael

He he… the wonders of the digital domain. I live in Milan, Morris in Vancouver (or somewhere within 500 miles of it) so we haven’t yet had the chance to meet up (although with the Winter Olympics coming there’s hope). No it’s all social media magic. Morris puts in that little detail somewhere in one of our connections and I get a reminder. Very little effort but a whole lotta respect.
I’d like to set up a My Profiles section or at least fine tune it a little better so Birthdays and stuff get noticed, but then there are under ten of us regulars…

@Mr_M,
I am 19 now, finally legally for everything, as in EVERYTHING that an adult can do, mauhahahahah, so saying cheers from now on makes sense more~
@Michael,
ah, i just looked it up, olympics is in feb, I do not know if universities have holidays for it, if I don’t then I will get stuck in Alberta (where I am going for school next year) for the cold winter! Though, I do look forward to meet you Michael!
