No I’m not there.
But I know a man who was.
John just sent me an update on the Acer Aspire 5738D 3D notebook in the Last Gadget Standing competition.
And we did better than you’d think…
“The Acer made the distinguished top ten at CES Last Gadget Standing. Although the Acer notebook didn’t win, the prestige of being the top 10 was unbelievable!!
Below are the images of the winner of the first phase of the Acer8hourcontest enjoying himself at Las Vegas and getting mesmerized by the first ever 3D notebook.
The 3D notebook went over extremely well. As you probably know 3D was the biggest hit at CES and the Aspire 5738D notebook was probably the item that people could benefit the most from since the price is only $799 and it can convert images, movies, games 2D into 3D.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to get complimentary Acer Guy tickets to events like this. I can’t cover everything in the world but I bet there are may of you (like Morris) who’d jump at the chance…
