   my 8920g keeps shutting down by itself when the battery is installed, wether being run on battery power or when on external power when battery installed.when battery is removed no problems at all. any ideas please.

   Hello bud,

   As you've said it works fine when the battery is not in the machine and it being on A/C Power. This means that your battery is faulty and needs to be replaced
