Hello kman,
I searched for you 8950G but didn't find anything - Are you sure it's a 8950G ??! There are no drivers on the Acer website that I could find so Windows 7 is most likely not supported on that laptop.

kman, I have installed Win 7 on my 5920, I minor problems with custon power settings, like it sometimes hangs when you shut it down,
but apart from that it works fine. I also installed the 64 bit version of Win 7 - not the 32 bit. - Go for it.Posted 1 year ago # -
mighty_markus,
Please do not give hints on how to run "not so legit" versions of windows. We are part of a LEGIT site and we do not support illegal activities on this site...
Thank you
