I'm now suddenly getting Password Bank Settings Errors which read
"Access violation at address 00405C99 in module 'PwdBank.exe'. Read of address B9EC8B55."
    and
"Access violation at address 8B077302. Read of address 8B077302."
Neither of these errors will clear, I have to reboot my machine to clear them.
Anybody have any ideas? My whole bio protection sweet is screwed up anyways. What program controls the PW bank, and fingerprint recognition? I'd like to delete it, and reinstall.

I think you can find it in your control panel under "Acer Bio Protection".

I went to http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/ and downloaded the 6.2.39 Figerprint Driver. (This is for the Aspire 8930G)
I had to uninstal the Acer BioProtection, then install the above driver which included the necessary programs.
After setting up again, and rebooting, my system seems to be working now. I'll hope it continues.

The above was from a few weeks ago on a now closed thread.

My problem is the errors have returned. I'm getting "Access violation at address 416B6205. Read the address 416B6205."
I'm also getting a message that Password bank had stopped working, and needs to close.

    This is growing VERY annoying.

Are you installing the program/driver with administrative privileges? Either that or if it worked for two weeks then suddenly stopped there may be another program that you are using that is causing this one to suddenly malfunction. Several anti-virus and "optimization" programs can sometimes remove things that they shouldn't. What were you doing before it started happening again?
