Acer 5335 from carphone warehouse

Memberhey acer guy first post,
i got a acer 5335 notebook when i took out a contract phone from carphone warehouse, i think it came with vista home basic and i was wondering if you could tell me how to downgrade to XP, i need to know who to contact, what to download and the steps for downgrading it as i have no idea what to do.
