   I purchased an ACER aspire 6920 yesterday, that was the display model and last one in the store. When I got this home I found that a keyboard key (letter M) was broken and also I cannot run my Autodesk design programmes on Vista.Is it possible to downgrade this model to XP, if so how do I do this? also can you advise where I could purchase a new M key.

   While you can attempt to downgrade the 6920 to XP certain things, like the cinedash will not work. There is another post on the forum concerning this. Please read it.

   As for the M key I advise you get the store you purchased it from to buy you a new keyboard for the unit. It would have been damaged instore and they owe you a non-broken keyboard. Just be nice about it since it would have been a customer that broke it not the person you're talking too.
