   For weeks now, maybe coinciding with going over to Windows 7 OS, my Acer laptop resists starting up.

   Sometimes it takes two three times to start up (and will not restart from a shutdown) - other times its days before it boots..!

   I was reading this forum (just joined today) and I saw somewhere to keep pressing F10 while its trying to start - and my God, it worked.

   Now don't know if this is a one off but thought I'd broadcast it anyway..!
