   Hi there,
   I am trying to load a pre-paid broadband usb onto my aspire one (running xp) and every time I plug it in, it is coming back with an error then when I look at the device manager, it is giving me the code 19 error. I found something on the ms site about deleting the upper and lower values in one of the registry folders, but only had the upper one...the posting said it couldn't help me any further. I need to take this little baby on the road, so it is quite pesky. BTW - I have loaded the USB without any problems onto a Dell laptop...so can't blame Telstra.
   Any ideas?

   No idea really. Your best bet is to contact the maker of the stick directly. If there are any known incompatibilities they would be the ones aware of it.

   As well you could perform a system restore to rule out any OS issues.
