   Hello.
   I was using Acer Bio Protection as a default program on Vista 64 bit,especially for Windows logon. But then i was asked to update my fingerprint program to install an Anti-Virus,so i contacted Acer. They gave me a link where i was advised to download 'Finger Print ABIG Driver' which was 104.2 MB. I downloaded it. When i tried to install it,the installation wizard showed me a msg that i would need to uninstall the old version at first. So i uninstalled the Bio Protection(not sure if i did right).
   After this,when i tried to download that ABIG,its asking me on the very first page of installation that 'Plug Your fingerprint Device' and finally its not getting installed.I m restarting after finishing this installation,but nothing exists in my system as Fingerprint or Bio protection infact.

   So now i want to download Acer Bio Protection program again with the most updated drivers. I think,i m getting confused as i m not sure what is the difference between the Bio protection program and the driver which i got from Acer(104 MB). I think,that driver will not be installed properly without the main program of Bio protection.

   Please advise me in simple steps because i m not good in tech. And if possible to recover the uninstalled Bio protection by using those many default programs like Acer eSetting,eRestore etc,then also tell me.
   PS: I need it only for Windows Logon, for passwords i use a different program.
