   i have an acer aspire 5530g and its become a right pain since i re-installed the os so what i want to do is have acer re-install the hard drive as it would come out of the box is there any way I can book my unit into an acer manufacturer for this?

   in the uk wales to be precise but i have phoned acer and there no help they say there is no way to have this done by acer

   In the UK it's known as a RE-NAPP, hopefully the indian call centre should recognise that.

   price is £70 including shipping and labour.
