I have issues with my battery. The lap top is 14 month old. I used the lap top (not plugged in) and it works fine. Then I get a warning that says: 5% power left or 1h46min. And it dies after 4 minutes.

I remove the battery, put it back in and the problem goesaway for awhile but it seems to be happening more often. Do I need to get a new battery already?

    Try with calibration:

If it doesn't help, sorry maybe you need a new battery.

Battery has life. I'm ordering a new battery for my 2 years old 6292.
