    Is anybody else frustrated with Mentormedia, who are running the Acer Windows 7 upgrade in the UK? Over 2 weeks ago I ordered upgrades for 2 brand new Aspire 7735Zs I bought for my children, and Mentormedia haven't even processed the payment yet, let alone shipped them - they say they should be shipped within about 1-2 weeks of ordering. Their online messaging system says they will reply in 10 working days, which these days is as bad as snailmail.

    So both my children and I are frustrated waiting to use the new laptops - I want to upgrade them from factory defualts before they're used.

    By the way has anybody had any experience of upgrading this laptop to WIndows 7?
