   Hey!

   I'm really stumped here I've tried everything.

   Just bought 'the firm' on Bluray... and the picture quality is immense - but there's no audio. Nothing. VLC won't play it and neither will media player.

   I've checked the settings in PlayMovie and all seems fine, the region is ok, everything. I've even checked to make sure I have the latest Realtek drivers... still nothing.

   I've never used playmovie before, but I got some bluray discs for the first time today and wanted to try them out - when I opened it I was told to install some 'cyberlink' patch or something... which I also did.

   ..and now... no audio whatsoever :(

   PLEASE HELP!

   Thanks anyway haha....

   I went onto the acer website and found the realtek drivers.

   I had to uninstall what I had, and re-install with the one they provided.

   I'm a bit confused as as far as I could tell they were identical versions!!!

   Oh well, it's working now! :)
