   I had no issues with the wireless over a long period of time. Three days ago, I had intermittent wireless. Then it stopped working altogether. This is not a router problem because I used to connect to various routers, now I'm unable to.

   During the investigation of this issue, I got a message saying the wireless card wasn't working properely. I uninstalled this driver and reinstalled the driver from your website. The wireless worked for a day and now the card doesn't up show on the device manager.

   I tried reinstalling this driver and I get message saying the card may be unattached.
   Please help me to get this working.

   If the card does not show up in the device manager it could be a bad wireless card. If you can, re-seat the card or have someone do it for you. If that still does not get the card detected then it may be time for service.

   It is pretty easy, small rectangular panel on the bottom. then 2 screws for the wireless card.

   p.s. Remember this is not an Official Acer website, so you are not actually communicating with Acer.
