   I have an Acer 4730z laptop which has Ralink 802.11n wireless LAN Card and has Windows vista home premium.

   Is there a way to change settings for Ralink 802.11n, so that it always tries to connect at 802.11g?

   maybe under the properties of the adapter in device manager.
