   I have a Toshiba TS-L802A HD DVD-ROM ATA device in an Acer 9920 laptop.
   Since reinstalling Windows the drive doesn't burn music CD's properly or play HD DVD's.
   e.g. when using Windows Media Player when I click burn it says; "this drive does not support gapless burning"
   AND if I try using Roxio Creator 2009 it says "no drive detected".

   The drive shows in Device Manager - I uninstalled it and restarted with no improvement.
