   Hiya,

   I've sent the last week doing a live update on my daughters Aspire one but now its done I still have problems! ARGH!

   She can send a request for a videocall to MSN but when the person the other end accepts it their msn says it can't do it!

   Can any one help me as she saved up all year to buy this so she can talk to family abroad and right now I could quite happily throw it out the nearest shut window!
