   I bought this laptop on 4th Aug 2009. On 9th October, I ordered a spare HDD insulator (part 42.AAMVN.005) from Acer Spares (actualy InfoTeam International Services Ltd, Plymouth). 5 months later, 4th March 2010, I am told the part is now obsolete and they cannot supply it.

   Does anyone know where I can get hold of at least the mounting screws, which have extended heads to slot into the drive bay, and, if possible, the insulator itself?
